Just wondering what people think about sites who use local agents to payout and collect. Sites like betcaribbeansports.com and others. The site with the 800 number is just the accounting and taking and processing bets. However the agents are responsible for paying and collecting. Are the agents backed by anyone? If the agent doesnt pay is there any recourse? Any help would be appreciated. They seem very willing to give out credit, and so far I have been paid but I have been betting very small. I would like to bet large but and concerned.
