Bet365 and betholdem are running illegal spyware software
in your computer that steals your information.

These two sports book that uses PRIMA POKER not only stole my 10K but they also install an illegal spyware software in your computer that you are not aware of. I filed a complaint against these two sportsbook to http://onguardonline.gov/idtheft.html
and also IBAS today. Not only that these two sportsbook stole my 10k but they are ignoring my requests for hand history and my request for my fund withdrawal.

These two sportsbook can freeze your account anytime and just take your money.

how do you know the spyware was coming from those 2 books? How can you prove it's from them and not those other porn sites?

Ask Bill Dozer and see if he can help you out.

I think anytime you use a downloadable casino, there is certain information the software stores. FOr instance, if you have a friend come over, and your friend logs into his casino or poker account from your computer, the software will send a report back to the casino letting them know that your computer was used to log into someone else's account.

Aside from information relating to the specific casino, the software should not be capturiong any other information, such names of other casino sites that you go to. IF it is doing that, there is a real problem.

            Indeed.

edc0218 - have you approached casinomeister to bat for your side on this one?

Many people have more than 10k in their poker accounts. Party Poker has $2k NL games and 100/200 tables.

10k in an account is not a large amount. I'm sure some of you guys have more than that in your sports accounts I've seen guys bring in 50k to a 5/10 limit holdem game before. For no other reason than to show off I guess. .

Trying to bully other players into folding and/or stealing pots i'd say.

Nope, this is all not true, before you start accusing somebody, first look after what are you saying, there are many anti-spyware databases where you can check what harm does the "Microgaming" component means....

I can understand that if Bet365 stole 10k from you (Which I don't really believe...some can say bad things about their betting limits, but stoling money from their customers? No chance IMHO....) you are angry at them, and you want to hurt them, but....

anyway, contact Mr Dozer to help in the matter of your problem.

                      About the Spyware:
First of all, Bet365 and Betholdem are not installing an illegal spyware software to your computer.

ALL PRIMA POKER SOFTWARES - like Royal Veges, Stan James, Gaming Club, Nordic Bet, etc....(+if I know well a few non-Prima too.. like Ladbrokes, Titan poker etc....etc...etc...) could have (not always) a component called "Microgaming". This is not an illegal component by any means. I
f you choose to install the software, you accept their terms to install their software and all - not illegal - stuff which comes with it.

It doesn't send any infos about your computer or poker habits to the poker office....NOT ANY!!!!!!!!
A few anti-spyware software counts it as a Spyware. Many doesn't. Even if those who say it's a spyware, counts it as a "nearly harmless" one.
If you know anti-spyware softwares well, you know, that many make mistakes...(for example if you have more than one installed, you can meet the "bug" that an anti spyware software "thinks", that the other anti spyware software in fact is a SPYWARE)

The only "harm" it does that very very rarely pop-ups appear at your computer....
If this annoys you, install Spybot + Spyware Blaster, and run Spybot after installing a Prima Poker software to your computer to check/remove this possible component....

So no use of complaining to IBAS etc...about the "illegal spyware", but the question of your "stolen" money is another thing...First contact Mr Dozer...also if you could mention in this topic how did they steal from you and for what reason, maybe other players could help...at least with their opinions about your case.

                      Fixxer

ps: It is suggested for all internet users to use anti-spyware softwares.
I suggest Spybot+Spyware Blaster as a must (they are free), and I use McAfee or Panda with these...
