That would be guys that
1)Played at English Sports Betting (ESB)
2)played offshore Prior to it being online i.e. had to call in all the bets
3)have used ** so much in the past they are blacklisted from using it
4)remembers the days prior to paypal and neteller, regular credit cards worked just fine.
5)Used prepaid ATM (not sure what happened to these guys)
Man, i remember using paypal, that was just too easy to move money back and forth, pretty much equal to neteller.
ESB was my only out from 95-99, after that used intertops, players-sb, millenium, BetGameday, pinnacle, betjam, Thegreek, CW.com.
Back in the mid 90's, i'd get fedex checks from ESB all the time, never had them bounce. Nothing as good as pinnacle was though, that place was gold. The greek and Betjams' ATM card were awesome too.
