SBR Posters Be Careful Of The Train Scam
He is up to it again, a bud of mine from here got scammed for $1500 purchasing Lionel Trains that were not authentic. He did receive them but when packages were opened the trains felt like the real deal but further examination found small weights in trains to make them feel real. If you do not inspect them they definitely look pretty good, these though were probably made for $5-$7 each.

You all know who the poster is, $1500 is lost. One of these days he is going to scam the wrong guy.

    Be careful of this guy.

What makes this story even more frustating is the trains were for his Son a little boy about 8 years old.

Last time we had a post like this, jj was warning the forum to beware of a scammer called Slugger. Anyone curious about his heroics in saving the forum from that particular ne'er-do-well could do a search I suppose.

For anyone who can't be bothered:

      *SPOILER ALERT*

As jj admitted after many denials, Slugger was a jj ghost. Oh the zaniness.

I got burned on that weight trick when I bought car speakers at a flea market when I was 16. Turned out to be garbage.

Did anyone watch Dateline on NBC last night about all the ripoff scams and identity theft these days mostly originating in Africa?Grant you that the stupid people here getting ripped off are absolute idiots it can still happen to anyone where less obvious scams can bite you in the ass. It's an absolute free for all scam jungle out there!!!!!Take everything that's an illegal and legal ripoff and it makes up 50% of the economy.

They focused on these absolute no self esteem white guys here that worked hard and had a small amount of net worth but who were so desperate to get on the good side of a charming woman that showed interest in them that they sold everything they had and gave it to them. It's usually 40 to 100K.It's so easy for certain segments of society like attractive women to con poor unsuspecting gullible men out of their life savings.

The slimiest cheesiest petty crime legal ripoff I have seen lately are these online meaningless and worthless services that charge you $9.99 a month to your phone bill by just having any stranger put your name and number down.An outfit like this will reap a harvest of hundreds of grand for a one man operation and when the heat gets on them in a couple months they fly the coup and move on to another scam. You have to blame Ma Bell&AT&T for some of this crap?I'm sure they will take a hit though when people make them give refunds.

i have already faxed evidence to david stern's office regarding your involvement in the alleged point shaving scheme. it is truly pathetic your wearing shades to hide your identity. getting a doc to write you a note you have light sensitivity or you'd sue the league is absolutely pathetic

i hope they put you in a cell with Vick and he tears you limb by limb
