Fair enough but Favre has never beaten Dallas. It wont be too loud if Cowboys get the early lead. The vikes are a very good team but their secondary is of major concern and i cant see how the vikes are going to protect favre.

First off, respect the heck out of you.....

However, Farve's 0-3 record vs. Dallas in the playoffs..........that piece of info is missing two key tidbits.

1) All 3 of those games were played in Dallas

and

2) Farve's GB teams were playing against Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin in their heyday.

This game is not in Dallas and Romo, Barber/Jones/Choice and Austin aren't Aikman, Smith and Irvin.

Minny is not as good as many peeps think...it's an even match at best for them vs the boys, and the line is -3 cause Minny is at home. Anything can happen, this is a game where the line is spot on and it is just a coin toss to pick a winner.

I know you meant the Metrodome (or Mall of America field at the Metrodome or whatever the ridiculous official name is) but you proved my point anyway. The Cowboys were given "no chance" against the Saints on the road too if I recall.

The Cowboys are a better team in every area except kicker and punt returner...don't let Z's bitterness of his Saints (depleted allegedly at that! what a homer) getting beat down by Dallas at home cloud your judgment.

Dallas is hot and will not be cooled down this week. The Vikings haven't played well since November (Giants were making tee times not playing football).

Minnesota's offensive line is in shambles and when Peterson is stuffed and the Vikes become one-dimensional, Favre will meltdown and make the crucial mistakes as he had for the last several years.

On the other side of the ball, Dallas has too many weapons and will open up the run with the pass with Henderson's absence. Romo is a different QB than in years past (Favre is not) and won't make the crucial mistakes (btw, he can tie Brees today with his 2nd playoff win to put things in perspective).

Not saying the Vikes can't win this game, but all things being equal (turnovers, bad calls) they won't because Dallas is the better team (especially on Defense, look what the Bears did to Minn with home field on the line) to anyone without a bias.

They didn't let them play hoopster. They gave the game to Colts at the end of 1st half when it was 3-3. They kept penalizing Ravens defense with questionable calls until the Colts scored twice. The best way to break up a defense is with flags and they did a good job. Let the guys play and don't call bullshit calls like pass interferences and hits.

Balt lost this game by fumbling the ball down in the red zone, when they needed a score. Dropping way to many passes in the second half. The offense could not get it together enough to win the game. I agree the reffs didn't help but Balt didn't help themselves either.

Allen hasn't been the Allen that started the season out, although he is still a thread D's have been shutting him down or minimizing his ability to pressure the QB.
