You guys are donating $30 to red cross/salvation army? do you realize they both get over 100 million a year? if this wasn't tax season no one would care, yet they donate $30 thinking they will "Get theirs" in taxes

I think regardless of the season, some people would still care. 100 million may seem like a lot but when your talking about trying to help world causes, 100 million is a blip on the map. 100 billion would be a better target.

I don't consider the events in Haiti to be BS. People are hurting over there and every bit helps even in a small amount. Donating is strictly voluntary but to chastise others that want to give is involuntary. To each it's own...
