The mods are reserving the right to review who is eligible. It's meant to encourage real contributions vs. chat. It's a work in progress but overall should be more fun.

Bill all I ask is to put a thing up what is going on here so we know what is happening here. So far it has been a little confusing because this week this has changed quite a bit.
