to be honest though, i had just finished helping with some chores and moved the stove and fridge so she can sweep behind them, then i had to push them back in its place.

brocker, I SWEAR TO GOD... each day, i must eat only about 1500 calories.. so far, a banana, soon to eat a bowl of all bran and an apple. then i'm full all day.. then tonight, maybe a piece of chicken breast with some veggies and a salad.. i never order out.. nver.. maybe 1 time every 2 months.. at most... she makes great food for me each day.. but the reason i am so fat is because i hardly move.. i have not left the chair since 1996 and this is hurting me. i am no longer active.. my metabolism is shot..

moving around is the key and that's what i have started to do of late. watch me in 5 months in a vid, you won't believe it.. i will chop off 40 lbs, minimum.. oh, and i've started my push ups again, too..
