Can a non US citizen open an account with Pinny using a computer in the US? Or because he is in the US that means he is banned even though he is not a US citizen?

I have never had a problem logging on and using pinnacle while travelling in the US. The most recent time was about a month ago. Now opening an account may be different.

You are not allowed to place a bet from the US, regardless of where you live.

The last time I spoke with someone there (about 3 months ago), they said their software will allow the bet, but they will close the account. They may or may not give one warning first.
