Yes justin i noticed that but you know i didnt start it in players talk. I started it in nba subforum and it was put into players talk. I hope you arent telling me that all subforum threads end up in players talk cause i doubt it. Just an honest question from me with an answer would be appreciated.

Moderators can link good threads from one forum to another. If we link your thread from the NBA forum to the player's talk, it means we think your thread is good, and want more people to see it. This is a good thing, not something to worry about.

I think it's like the subforums are the minor leagues

The sh*tty NBA threads will stay down there, but the cream of the crop will get "called up" to the big leagues

I mostly read and post in the basketball forums. But will come into players talk to read a bit too because there are good cappers that don't post in the main basketball areas here too.
and i've noticed alot of threads i just saw in the nba or ncaa forum duplicated here. i think maybe they want to get more people talking about basketball before football is completely over. and like someone above said, give some exposure to good cappers. It might also be useful to make this area seem more busy than normal, if it is more quiet for some reason.

in any event I like the Bulls here too.

LB, I think what Justin7 is trying to say in a diplomatic way is Players Talk is garbage and they would like for meaningful post to rub off on the masses that consume PT with garbage day in and day out.

Players Talk is generally consumed by the non-gambling trash mouth members

Like guys have been saying, most people are here, on PT, and it's a good thing to have a thread start in NBA and move to PT.

To answer your question based on pure honesty here it is.

A long time ago i was told that threads started in subforums are meant for subforum discussion. In other words if it is NBA then discuss NBA. Now as we see SBR is moving towards more sports related discussion in pt it isnt really the same thing anymore. Players talk plays were a curse for me personally. I noticed in november and december when i posted in players talk i was losing more than winning and winning more in subforum- sounds crazy but we all have superstitions- jeez dont you think i want to get rid of that avatar

of mine. Sure justin and LT explained it to me last night and i understand. My personal thread in NBA forum of my plays i would prefer left in NBA forum until it reaches its threshold. Its all a superstition thing for me.
