i do pretty well.. i take time off though.. i got a good feedback rating though.. i sell vintage psa baseball cards as well as music items and anything else i can make a buck on...my id on ebay is

I used Ebay to make a killing durning the Beanie Baby craze, that was around 8 years ago. Buy them things for 5 bucks each, and get anywhere from 50-100 each on Ebay. Certain bears anyway.

Those things are worthless now.

I know a few guys that are addicted to eBay. They would sell their mother if they could.

I personally find eBay as a training tool. Read-up on items that you would never believe existed.

I've made my share with selling stuff in Ebay. By far not the amount that I have spent, though. I believe that those guys who sell cheap stuff from Asia to us and also ship it from there make the best profit. don't ever wanna live there, though. I really do not know if you can make a good living out of Ebay nowadays with normal stuff.

I used to buy certain old mags on ebay that the sellers didn't realize had a reason to be valuable (ie left out a key searchword)... I'd buy them for like $5 and turn around and sell them for $50-100 by giving the right headings... I did it about a dozen times before some guy realized what I was doing and got into bidding wars with me.... not sure if this still works (haven't done it in several years) but there are definitely ways to make money on ebay...

still use ebay to purchase a lot of things as I don't really care to shop...once sold a pair of first year air jordan's for $500 on there...have a perfect feedback rating of 178 too...
