    Which would you do?
$250 free play or $100 sportsbook cash. I'm torn as both have pluses and minuses.

Depends whether $250 would be a huge boost to your bankroll or not, if it's the latter - I'd just take the cash.

Free Play. Even with the most rudimentary use it still has more value than the cash.
Used in the most effective way $250 freeplay is equivalent to $190 cash.

If you are very sure go with the FP. If you want more chances to mess up go with cash. If you have been building up to this point for quite some while go with cash. If It doesn't mean so much to you go with FP. I think FP is bigger chance to sum it up. Could win big could lose big

Make to to discount each by the EV after rollover. I think one carries a 4x and the other an 8x.

There are two basic ways to maximise the freeplay:

                        1) Bet on big dogs (if the site allows) with the freeplay and arbitrage the chalk at another book.

                        2) Bet all 8 combinations in a 3 team parlay.
