OSU is getting a lot of love. They just better hope there is no SEC team at the end of the tunnel.

OSU has a very easy schedule. Their toughest game is at Iowa. Their toughest non-con game is home to Miami (FL). They also play at Wisconsin, and that is about it. That is a very doable schedule. It would be no shock to see this team run the table. They do not play a Pac 10 team this year. Ohio State and Boise State are probably the two teams most likely to run the table. If Boise defeates Va. Tech in Landover, and Oregon State at home, will that be enough to put them in the Big Game? Ohio State vs Boise State. Sounds terrible, doesn't it?

Va Tech and Oregon stand out to me today.

Florida has fantastic value. They've been recruiting lights out the last few years and Brantley shouldn't be TOO much dropoff after Tebowz.

I do not see Florida in the picture at all. They lose way too much on dfesne, and lose their team leader in Tebow. Meyer is going to be a distration with his health. They may not win the SEC East, but with the swchedule they play, they are a 25/1 shot.

I'm not too concerned about Meyer's health. He's a workaholic and it won't keep him off the field, out of the film room, etc. Looking at their schedule, their non-conference schedule is practically non-existent. The only games I see them losing are possibly Bama and LSU. They could still lose one of those as long as they win the SECCG. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but they have just as much chance as an Ohio State with a nutjob at QB getting +650.

ND team full of 5* recruits and a coach that can obviously take the team to the promise land. They should be +4000 nothing higher IMO. Still a long shot for sure.

ND also has a cake schedule. What is not to like about that?

Notre Dame will get the caca kicked out of them by USC this year. They have no QB to speak of. They have no defense to speak of. They have a HC who is not used to this kind of pressure, and is another offensive minded HC. I also see them having problems against Michigan State, Navy and Boston College on the road, and Purdue, Michigan, and Stanford at home. I am not saying that they will lose all of those games, or any of them, but it is likely that the best case senario for this team is 9-3. 8-4 is more realistic.

Schedules are a huge part of the equation. Boise returns everybody, and has one difficult away game, that against Va. Tech in Landover Md. They also host Oregon State out of the Pac 10. Victories againt those two teams will certainly legitimize their claim that they should be in the N.C.game, especially if they run the table again (for the 3rd time in 3 years during the regular season) and none, or only one other team goes undefeated.

A lot of support for Ohio State, but games at Iowa and at Wisconsin derail that dream. They will lose one of those games. They are also in the perfect look ahead situation with their home game against Penn State the week before what could be the Big 10 showdown against Iowa.

I really prefer Iowa in the Big 10, getting Penn State, Wisky, and Ohio State all at home. With Stanzi and most of the defense returning, and with that huge break in the schedule, Ferentz either wins that very elusive Big 10 title, or earns his image of always being the bridesmaid, never the bride. 11 years at Iowa and no Rose Bowl appearances, and only one BCS appearance, that being a loss to USC in the Orange Bowl way back in 2002. Time is running out. Is he the most overrated coach in the Big 10?

At 15/1, and with the NC game beong played in Glendale Arizona, a plase where Boise loves to win, they must be considered one of the best wagers on the board. They have a very easy schedule, but have one game on the road agaist Va. Tech that will draw national attention. The down side is that one loss eliminates them, while one loss does not necessairily eliminate any BCS team.
