weed.. will help you atleast damper your gambling needs and if you decide to for some reason lay of it later on you will not be that interested in gambling again.. it takes a few weeks since last high to get back to normal though both for weeds and gambling..

Gamblers Anonymous can help. If you follow their advice and do what they say you can stop. I have been to probably 350-500 Meetings. Always feel good after. Only reason I am still gambling is because I thought I could do it on my own and stopped listening to their advice. GA works !!!!

Honestly I would sooner go to NA than GA,more meetings,more literature that "speaks" to selfish behavior and depending on the "area" they won't care if it wasn't drugs just what your addiction is

You can try to condition yourself to be afraid of gambling....

Try this, get a 9 iron and shove it up your ass each time you have the urge to gamble. I bet you develop a phobia to gambling really early.
