I have this red button that says one pending, but I do not have a clue what this means. I am enrolled in I think 6 contests currently and this is the first time this has popped up. Thought maybe it was a challenge, but nothing there. Any help?

When I click on Contests, it loads that page and next to my leagues in red it says 1 Pending for me.Comment -
The confusing thing is I click on the pending link and it says nothing to show.

I can reproduce this error on our test environment. Should have it fixed in the next few days, thanks for bringing this to our attention.Comment
