a little background. i took a marketing course in college and one of the successes mentioned was P & G did this huge research thing and found Latinos and Mexicans biggest motivating factor when choosing a laundry detergent is scent.
so now, P & G knows, but the viewers of that commercial do not. so when they put dancers in a laundromat with heavy latin accents and they are discussing how great Gain smells, they are stereotyping while at the same time pandering to the latin/mexican community. fukking shameless. anything for a $ i guess.
