    Xferring from WSEX to Matchbook
I was told the only way to do this is to mail accounts@wsex.com. So I did it.

Isn't that kind of insecure? What would stop someone from falsifying an email to wsex and having them deposit $ into your Matchbook account?

Is this kind of thing the norm when xferring between sportsbooks? This is the first time I've done that type of transfer.

Now I call them again today to check on the status of my book to book transfer.

They say they can't do it because I deposited with a credit card. If I had deposited with a money order or Western Union, they said I would be able to transfer to Matchbook.

I expressed my frustration (without cussing lol). They say checks take 20 business days, and if you pay $50 you'll get it in 10 business days (big whoop!)

Are they just making excuses because they don't want to transfer the $ to Matchbook because WSEX is low on money? I had read in another thread payouts were taking a long time so I decided to send the $ to MB. So much for my great plan!

      1) The email rule is standard practice. Hopefully they do actually (both books) verifiy the email and names on the account before transferring. I've never heard of anyone getting screwed.

      2) They put that (bs) rule in about credit cards a few months ago.

      3) Pay $50, don't pay $50, your check will take approx 3-12 weeks (ideally)

Durito is about right on time, I would say 2-8 weeks. After two weeks if you don't get a check PM me and we will try to put some pressure on them. They are actually doing slightly better now (complaints are way down), but still far from what a good book should be in terms or time from request to payment.

Ugh, my bankroll at matchbook went down so I'll play at WSEX for now. I only have $550 in there anyways. If it's going to take 2-12 weeks, screw it, I'll try and get a bigger balance.
