Bookmaker Poker changing the rules of a tournament after the fact...
I played in this tournament which was free and gave people seats to a 1500 dollar tournament. It clearly stated that the top 16 people get a seat to the 1500 dollar tournament. I asked the host to confirm(during the tournament)and he said the manager changed it to the top 3.I played this tournament--getting no sleep.Needless to say out of 132 people---I got 4th place ,a sleepless night, just abunch of bullcrap.Stay away from them.Bookmaker poker changes the rules.

As a side note----they're lousy with bonuses--I used to spend thousands of dollars there and now that I deposit under 100 bucks---they're rude and I'm nobody to them.Good luck everyone

Never play poker outside the margins of PokerStars or Full Tilt.

      not true,
if you are looking for soft competion ,you should play at other sites.
absolutepoker has been great for me for a while, although they were involved in a big scandal last year,

it really depends what stakes you're looking to play, but since I assume few to no members of this forum will ever touch 5/10 in the long run, Pokerstars/ Full Tilt is the way to go. The reason is the amount of players, more players, more fish. I rest my case.

          Now if you're a high-roller, it's a different story.

I don't trust them with my peanut butter sandwich.

Its not just Bookmaker's poker site, its Trupoker and several books are using this platform, including 5Dimes. I asked the host as well and it was a mistake, but then again I knew that from the start as every other freeroll was giving out 3 seats only.

The new format takes too long for a freeroll, I suggested that it be changed to a turbo.
