Want to join there. I know they are a good book, but how is their customer service. E-mailed them a question, said they would get back to me but didn't. Tried their chat twice but both times no reply. No big deal, just curious.

I have only good things to say about WSEX. I once made an error and accidently bet the opposite of my intention. I contacted live chat, who told me I had to contact them by phone. I called and the bet was cancelled and he made the correct bet for me instead.Comment -
I can only confirm what Vilfredo Pareto is saying. I had the best experience with them incl. cancelling but few days ago i was trying to withdraw some small money (2.5K), it took them 5 days and their CS obviously did not know what is going on or they told me BSs.Comment -

Their CS is very bad in my experience (out of 3 email they have answered 0. Live chat I get disconnected >50% because no one is there) but they have always paid me.Comment
