Guns: Should there be same laws in every state?

Here is Georgia is very easy to buy a gun. Assuming you have a clean record all you have to do is go to Walmart fill in a small form then pick the gun you want to buy. The store makes a call to verify your clean record and within minutes you purchase your gun. Then you go to the courthouse and get a concealed weapon license and you can carry it everywhere. Restaurant, cars, church even at Atlanta Airport.

I feel so much safer here knowing everyone can carry a gun legally. How about your state?

Michigan gun laws are strict, still doesn't stop anyone here in the D

It is a process here in California, some people think it's a hassle but if you have nothing to hide I don't see the big deal. I like guns and when I buy one, I usually end up with it in a few weeks. I haven't bought one 4 years, maybe the laws have changed a little. Maybe someone else from California knows a little bit more about it? Pavy, not sure if each State should be the same, guess it will never happen, maybe it should?
