Can you substitute ingredients on a SBR pizza and pick it up?

2 Questions. 1 - My ideal pizza is pepperoni, bacon and green peppers. I'm willing to pay the 150 for a supreme pizza and just get these 3 ingredients. Am I allowed to?

Also, neither Papa Johns or Domino's delivers where I live. Can I make arrangements to pick it up at a certain time?

No because it's easy to ghost and order a pie by not having the same name and delivery address as another poster by picking it up instead of sbr having your address and info.
