    yes, but not as much as i said i'd do (500/day) it's tough man.. my arms shake after 10...i am not as strong as i used to be. i was able to do 75 at a time no problem back in 03.. i am lucky now to get in 15 without falling on my face, nose first..

    by June, i will be doing 3 sets of 100 again.. ... HOPEFULLY...

          Didn't see that you were doing this. As my New Year's resolution I said I am going to do pushups and sit-ups every day. Sick of feeling like shit.

          I'm 9 for 9 so far.

            i'm telling you all, push ups is the greatest exercise for you.. it works the whole upper body.. shoulders, tri's, chest, traps, and great for endurance.. it just puts you in the best shape ever and gives that great upper body..and your tri's will stick out. .you won't recognize your body when you master push ups. and they will help you bench much more. and they are great for your heart and you burn calories like nuts as it raises your metabolism.

            archie, not 375 lbs.. i used to bench 221..(2 plates) 15 times and my max was 345 lbs.. only once.. and all natural. never took roids..
