Not sure about Dallas but in the Cinn/Jets game a home team if better should be favored by at least 3.

exactly and it was the opposite for Dallas. I thought with the erroneous hard to beat a team 3 times and repeat game from last week deal that the line would open at 3 but it didn't and there was never enough $ on Philly to move it on key # 3 even though most were on Philly.
