Stale------normally I would agree with you on this one-----but then again, I didn't think pro athletes would be as f'in stupid as Gilbert Arenas was and take 4 handguns into his lockerroom in violation of league policy, his own union's collective bargaining agreement, and in the city with the strictest gun laws in the country-------and piss away almost 98 million dollars.

sometimes people's ethics that they developed early do not change when their circumstances do. lynch was probably a thief when he was young and didn't learn enough to know not to do it even when he doesn't have to.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP)—Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch(notes) reportedly has been accused of stealing $20 from a police officer’s wife.

The Buffalo News reported Saturday on its Web site that a complaint to police said Lynch took money from the woman last month at a restaurant in Hamburg, N.Y. The woman’s husband, Buffalo Police Sgt. William Crawford, filed the complaint with Hamburg police a day after, but they delayed giving a statement to detectives until Wednesday.


The incident reportedly occurred Dec. 7.

Hamburg police declined to comment but confirmed that Crawford made a complaint.
