Remember the BetCris bailout of VO Group?
A while back (last year I think) BetCris bailed out customers of the VO Group of sportsbooks (MVP, V-Wager, BetVSI etc..).
I'm not sure but it may have only been non-US customers who got the bailout.

Anyway, I had 3 accounts at this group, all of which got taken over by BetCris. At the time I logged into all the accounts via the BetCris home page fine.
I haven't logged in to them for a while as I took a break from sportsbooks.

This week I tried logging into them but all the accounts seem to be invalid. I can't remember if I had a balance left at any but I would have thought that I could log in even if the balance was zero.

I've tried emailing support at BetCris but am not getting any reply.
Does anyone who also got this bailout know what happend to these accounts?

Ah yes, the VO books (which, by then. were part of the uber-scummy BETonSPORTS group.)

I didn't personally get a bailout but I spoke to a few people who did. It was indeed non-U.S. residents only.

Maybe your CRIS account has been switched to Bookmaker.com???

I would try that and, if that doesn't work, I would recommend a quick phone call.

My brother's in your boat ballpark; with one potential difference.

Like you, his wagering's been dormant because he's mostly into NFL wagering, but I know for sure he has a positive balance in the account.

As soon as I can, I'll ask him to log in and let me know what happens. When I get his feedback, I'll relay his experience to this thread.

Thanks for posting; definitely will follow up.

Ballpark, my brother's account (which had a plus balance for sure) is not showing up for him upon login.

Bookmaker was tried (as Mudcat had suggested in this thread), but to no avail.

Next up, Mudcat's 2nd suggestion: a quick phone call.

Have you tried calling BetCris yet about your account access having ceased?

I had this bailout too & was intending to use the balance I had there shortly but like you I can't access my A/C anymore

I have just been on to 'Live Chat' & they are supposed to be ringing me in 15 mins for a 'security check'

Ok Cris did not phone me despite twice telling me they would within 20 mins

I have now had to e-mail them ID + my new password to re-open my Account. Hope my balance is still there

I'll report back when they (Hopefully) re-open the thing.

Yeah, been working through it the past few weeks (Not scalping pure gambling) $700 up so far quite a way to go with W/R yet.

Some decent lines over there + the site is nice & easy to navigate. Hope they pay when it comes to cashout time (assuming there is anything left to cashout of course )

Well I've had no reply from CS.
Not surprising as they seem to think that replying to customer emails is an alien concept.
Looks like I'm going to have to call to see what has happend
                        to my accounts.

Use live chat Ballpark. They will probably tell you to send in ID like they did to me.

BTW I never received any e-mail telling me that they had received my ID. I just found I could login to my A/C about 30 mins after sending it.

I guess replying to e-mails is not a Cris strong point
