1 50 gallon barrel

Open 2 bags mix with proportional amounts of water. Poor into the bottom of the barrel.

I will cut the topic of discussion into pieces first of course.

Place now pieces into the barrel, place them accordingly to where they take up the least amount of space possible. Throw the rug to the dogs.

Poor the rest of the 3 bags of quickrete into the barrel. Let sit and let cure to harden.

Once the barrel is ready, take to Newark Bay and dispose of.

Yeah just encasing something in concrete is not going to dispose of it. Assuming it is carbon based (a plant or other living thing) it will just rot and the concrete will crumble around it.

The best way is to get a contractor to get you about 50lbs of lye and to dissolve the item in a 6x3x3 pit dug in a secluded area in the woods.

Or even better if you are not a pussy just eat whatever it is, all of it. Seriously.
