Colt McCoy will be in his fourth bowl game. Greg McElroy his first. I've got no problem going with the experienced QB.

McElroy never seems to lose even back to his high school days. But way more importantly, that Alabama D is ferocious. Bama will also control the clock with Ingram. The only thing Bama needs to worry about is the Heisman curse.

They sais 2nite that oddsmakers in vegas had already set texas as the fav until the finish of the nebrasks game. So here's how it is. Texas wins in a close one in a conference championship game against a very motivated team who just happens to have the best defense in the country & because of this WIN they are not favorites anymore. Yes Alabama took care of Florida handily, a fla team who has had a few close ones & one an amazing win streak that's unheard of. They hadn't lost since ole miss game last season. I know some people don't buy into this theory but I do believe that sometimes its just time to lose, it's impossible to keep that kind of pressure going.

Also lets not forget about a little team from knoxvegas that was a decent kicker away from from puttin' bama in the sugar bowl. How 'bout Auburn that led the whole game til last drive. I know Texas had a couple close ones too, but nothing to the extent of bama. I am an sec man, from tennessee, but I just dont see giving up 4 points with bama! There have been 7 heisman winners in the past 10 yrs to play for the NC, Matt Leinart is the only one to win both!
