Good luck there, Capy! The Newport Room is my favorite area there to play in. It's like an office for gambling. When I want a break from the high-roller lounges, the Fuddruckers there can't be beat for a good burger costing only a few points.

Thanks, and yeah, I was playing Let it Ride in SBR last night. I read the complete odds chart first, so I do know that you're almost always pulling back two out of the three bets... but still, it takes forever to get good hands. At one point, I had TEN LOSERS IN A ROW. Annoying!! What fun is that?

Just go to the Grand Pequot Casino and the entrance is there. $50 minimums and higher but well worth it. 6 deck blackjack shoes instead of 8.

Just got back tonight... Of course, I lost yet again, but it was not a significant figure and I had a ton of fun! Free hotel night too and all meals were on my points, so even a smaller loss when you factor that in. Gambled my a$$ off from late afternoon Thursday until about 9:30 p.m. on Friday, with about six hours of sleep to break it up.

Had some great blackjack runs... $250 at one table, $500 at another... but craps kicked my a$$ like usual. Roulette took a chunk out as well. Every time I played the first two columns big, it came out in the third -- every time.

I finally joined a poker game in a casino too -- something I'd never done. Joined a stud game with a bunch of crusty old-timers and I actually tore them up -- it was amazing!!
