why Canada?

While Canada isn't blocked from many major sites it is blocked more than you think. Most due to the banking relationships between the US and Canada and the geography. Why did neteller abandon Canada? Simple too much pressure from the US with regards to their citizens being able to open cnd bank accounts and get cnd mailing addresses. I believe this to be 100% true.
