Line-posting schedule?????

Just wondering if most sportsbooks release college basketball lines around the same time. The one I use posts them at noon each day. Is that the norm.

Greek, Cris, Jamaica usually have them like 8-9 pm the night before.

The recreational books usually put them up day of game.
