3D TV??? what??

Probably similar to Avatar. So filmed with a special camera, and showing two images that are slightly off, but that merge into one 3D image when seen through the glasses.

Starts with the World Cup, so will have to look into this some more before getting a new tv.

I can not imagine the how steep the prices will be for the glasses..

No, you probably won't. lol I just do that before the World Cup. You'll need glasses.

Holy cow!!! It's true!!! And it has been going on for quite awhile now!!! Officially, the first 3D channel started broadcasts on 01/01/10 in South Korea, it'll get to us round eyes in no-time... I need to get another job besides this one...

The glasses probably won't get much better or worse quality than they are right now. I'd imagine a pair of 3D glasses costs around .50 to make (seeing as how theatres don't charge much more for those tickets and they let you keep the glasses). If they do come out with fancy at home 3D glasses that are incredibly expensive, go to the a 3D movie and keep those, they should work the same.
