This may be more of a banking question...but if I receive a check for my withdraw, how long will it take to clear?

I cant recall the term.....but if you are in the U.S and the check is drawn on an overseas account I believe it can take up to 60 days.
Domestic checks are in the ballpark of 2-7 business days, so scratch the weekend when your counting.Comment -

I haven't taken money out of the greek since Neteller f!@#^ed us, so I'm not familiar with there checks. When you bring it to your bank they will give you the low down.

There's federal law detailing how quickly banks have to clear checks. For US checks all the money has to be cleared within 5 business days. I'm not sure how long it is for international.Comment -
Even though the greek is an international company, in almost all likelihood they are using a payment service that is using an American Bank account (7 digit routing number). These checks will not take more than 5 days to clear. If you have a good relationship with your bank they may give you some of the money immediately.Comment -
cash it at a grocery store of something, that's what i do, thsi wasy if it is bogus, you still get your cash, just don't give a thumb printComment
