Good question. This is the 2nd significant problem they have had recently. This might belong in another thread, but any word on the the cause of this outage?

BP is a great book. Their B+ is solid.

They built basically their own ISP thinking it would be more stable, faster, ect. But even the best ideas can go south in Costa Rica. This idea certainly did. When I was there last I saw our ISP guy who claimed he was going to help them. I thought this would be behind them by now and certainly it will be soon enough.
