Based on what I have read about Nicky, if he needed a kidney, the proper protocol would be to say, "Sure, you got it buddy," - then wait until a few days before the operation was scheduled - then cop out and tell him I wasn't going to do it because he looks scary and I'm afraid he will beat me up and also accuse him of lying about the terms of giving the kidney.

I would be glad to do that.
