what makes your boss ignorant? alot of words used to talk about my ex bosses but ignorant not so much you work under him/her what does that make you just saying. sounds like you need to look for a new job.

And what makes him ignorant is sending out an email without having a fukking clue what he is talking about, i have like 4 bosses maybe 5 above me, hardly any of who know what i am doing, or should be doing, so he starts out the year on the same stupid footing as usual.
