Weekly Betting Roundup for December 28 – January 3
B. Sharps / Head Linesman / Legends
Monday the players started out with a winner on Georgia -7 over A&M, but the books rebounded with a big win by the Bears to knock out Minnesota teasers and get a winning day. Tuesday the players got off to a good start again with UCLA and over in the early game and the books countered with Wisconsin beating the Hurricanes to once again declare a win for the day.
Wednesday the players won both games as Idaho, with a miracle one point win plus the players tabbed the over, and in the second game Nebraska’s 33-0 trouncing of Arizona made the players very fat for the day. Thursday started out good for the house with Navy and Air Force bringing in big early wins which kept the house above water for the day as the players made a small rally with Stanford and Virginia Tech to close out the day.
Friday the house started out good with Northwestern beating Auburn and Florida State burying West Virginia and the house pushed around on LSU and Ohio State; the killer for the books was the urban Meyer and the over on the late game as the players used this combo to bail out huge. Saturday the players started out good winning with South Florida; the house quickly countered with U Conn to even the score. The public correctly tabbed Mississippi, who was much better than their 14 point win, and the house countered again with East Carolina to even the score. Then, the players did what they did Friday night, favorite and over as Texas Tech played like they needed to cover and they did to rack up a nice day for the players.
Sunday started out rocky for the house as Buffalo and Carolina rolled to easy wins over backup squads to get the players up early. The Lions’ usual showing had the books on their heels going into the afternoon games. The house rebounded with Dallas blowing out Philly to knock out some teasers and also knock out a few more with the Chiefs’ burial of the Broncos. Tennessee not covering helped the books turn a profit for the day. In the night game, no real roots need the Jets small.
Good luck players; next week I’ll get into the hoops more, which is hard to do when foots is 75% of your volume.
