Just means action points. There was a NCAAF for action points. Such as Jets -9.5. Just take the remaining score after spread. Jets would get you 27.5 points.

wait a minute, i don't fully understand. im familiar with action pts i think, but they can't be activated in the Best Bet contest, can they? i have an 8 under my action column, i'm just assuming it doesn't mean anything for the contest then?
