    NFL looking for changes

    I liked this comment:

“We are considering a lot of different things,” Goodell said on CBS. “I don’t think you can punish them for not playing. The other thing that has to happen is you have to make it clear to the public that you are not going to be playing someone, like we do with our injury reports.”
I bet you all the Colts players families and friends knew about it and hammered the Vegas books, thus forcing the Vegas books to complain to the NFL. Who says NFL doesn't care about gambling?

I understand where the NFL is coming from. You are robbing the fans of paying good money to watch a starter either one be benched, Drew Brees or taken out early Peyton Manning. I like the idea of the NFL having incentives but at what cost. Just look what happened to Wes Welker as he may be out for months with a major knee injury. I tell you one thing it was nasty in Buffalo but Painter is a horrible backup QB. Why does Indy always have these horrible backup QBs. Sorgi and Painter?...you kidding me, there are better FAs than these QBs.

As far as betting goes, it would be no different than insider info dealing with companies and stock trading. One thing is you never know what the Pats are going to do though as you saw today. Brady in, Brady out, Brady in, Brady out.
