I always see it.

Example. Knicks at Hawks last night.

Hawks shooting a free throw, make it, ref gets ball, but David Lee has to touch ball and squeeze it or w-e before he hands it back to ref.

And not just Lee, but almost every big man has to touch ball in b/t free throws.

WHY THE FUKK DO THEY NEED TO DO THIS.

Us big guys don't get to hold onto the ball much. We usually do the dirty work on the rebound and pass it to some lousy guard never to be seen again until we get the next rebound. Gotta touch the ball any time you can mang.
