I can't think of a proper venue in Montreal, short of cutting the roof of the Bell Centre. You'd risk playing in really really bad weather too.

i am canadian. i am from mtl, and i couldn't even care less about this game. i swear i didnt' even turn on tv once to see it.. booring..

i cannot foresee more than 60,000 americans watching this crap over all the bowl games on tv today.. how in the hell does NHL allow this to go against Jan 1st bowl games? are they nuts..

no one is watching this hockey game. .not me, not even people from boston OR philly, who are playing the game.

and whoever will watch it, will tune in for 1 min, see what fenway looks like, then switch back to NCAA bowl games. the ONLY ones that will watch this religiously are the gamblers who have big cash on it.. THAT'S IT..

The game does well every year even though it goes up against bowl games. People in the U.S. actually do care about this game and that is why they are able to sell out football and baseball stadiums for this game.
