Moneybookers contact re: fraud?

I'm working on a case where Moneybookers and IASbet effectively stole 4000 Euros from a player, and I can't get anyone from the company to respond.

Does anyone have a contact for them?

As you are probably aware their CS is pretty much useless unless you are a VIP customer.
Complaints are normally handled through there web help.

You might try +448703830232 however that looks like a premium rate number
