Driving back home tonight I heard on the radio that San Diego's MTS are not charging a fee to ride from 9pm onward

I guess this is good but these fukkers havent shown a profit since their inception

They have done it here in MA for years. Works pretty well but the transit system is also in the red big enough as it is.
