Lane Kiffin is the worst head coach in the SEC. His dad carries the team. Lane would be toast without Monte, once Monte retires the program will sink below Kentucky.

Recruits in the long run won't respect a head coach who has been given his position because of his dad. They are getting recruits now because of the Prestige of the program but Lane will start to slide in recruiting in future years and the program will fall to an all time low.
