I would go Mavericks -3.5 for the 2nd half. They're going to come back once Terry and Nowitzki heat up.

yeah the 2nd half line seems a bit messed up. i do expect a 3rd quarter comeback for the mavs to make it within 1 or 2, but i think houston pulls away again in the 4th

They are always underrated, but they were healthy 2 seasons ago from memory and they didn't make it past Utah in PO's, though i don't think Brooks was around then and he has been a huge impact on this team.

The main term to describe the Rockets is "team". It took guts for them to send McGrady packing. They knew he would interrupt the chemistry. Adelman is as good a coach in the NBA that you will ever find.

Any Rocket fan knows that Jason Terry and the Mavs have been a thorn in our side for a while now. I was just going off of the history of the series. Maybe this is one matchup that is finally going in our favor.
