Haven't played there long, and did my first withdrawal with them today, 12 eastern time, picked up the Moneygram at 4:15 eastern time. customer service who processed it and gave me the reference number was very polite and professional.

Amazing that some books have their act together, while others like VIP still have processor problems.

I have talked about them as well. They are the only book I now use. I have never not once had any kind of issue with a withdrawl. By far the best I have used...Heritage is doing things the way they should be!

They are not taking new customers last I heard. Anyone know different?

i don't know about taking new customers, but my first experience with them regarding a withdrawal was first class, and the way it should be done!
