BBD was more about him leaving due to no health care wasn't it? do we really know what the deal is with Ganch?

Well if SBR doesn't care about the health care of employees it's still a layoff, right?

We do care. BBD had issues where he could only make a certain amount of money. If he went over that he lost those benefits. He will probably come back if he can ever figure out a way to get paid here and keep his benefits.

I guess BBD is collecting social security, and thus if he works, no longer gets the social security benefits.

Just to make it clear..Firings are not necessarily a bad thing for a business. I'm pretty sure SBR had legitimate reasons for the terminations as SBR John mentioned above.

I'm only trying to gauge the impact of these firings at the forum from a poster's perspective and not interested to know what were the politics or financials of these decisions.
