He is accused of being a contest scammer along the lines of Kustac. The scam being there apparently is a way to see opponents pending picks in tourneys so if you have a lead you can simply duplicate all their picks and they can't catch you. (And I suppose if you were behind you could strategically fade).

Kustac is currently alive and advancing in the 256 man Tourney. His activities are there for everyone to see and he is busted up, down, left, right and center. The only question is what SBR will do about him.

I don't think the tourney Pokernut is referring to is visible any more to the general public so we have to take his word for it. FWIW he seems completely convincing to me. Who knows? - maybe Kustac and Gavin are the same guy.

In any case, hopefully SBR still has the records to check on Gavin's past activities.

Lou has said the glitch allowing this scamming will be corrected by next Tuesday.
