The Chargers have nothing to play for. Why are they favorites? If the line makers thought the Chargers were really playing to win, wouldn't this line have been Chargers -10. But it is -4 which tells us that the Chargers are not expected to take this game seriously. How do you win a game in the NFL if you have nothing to play for and you do not want to injure your starters? On the other hand, what do the Skins have to lose? They are mad about the way their season has gone and will gladly welcome the opportunity to beat up on the second stringers of the Chargers. Let us not forget that this team almost beat the Saints and the Eagles.
