How do certain of my posts end up as blogs on my personal page?

Anyone else notice this? I think it's kind of cool, actually, but just wondering how it happens. Certain mods just select what they think are interesting posts and turn them into blogs on our personal pages?

I think it has to do with the length of the initial post.

i noticed that also, and also think it has to do with the length. i actually thought that u DID get pts for them, but i guess i'm wrong.

it sucks though, because i have lots of lengthy posts, but ALWAYS as replies, instead of starting a thread.
