SPORTBET.COM running payout scams
Avoid at all costs the Costa Rica enterprise known as Sportbet.COM.
In 1 month I've had several issues that required me dialing customer service, asking and waiting hours for a manager, then finally resolving the small issues.
On 12/15 I submitted 2 requests for $2000 check via fed ex (5-10 business days).
I received the first one within 6 business days. The second one still has not arrived, and (this is the sleazy part) I was called by customer service to ask me if I could accept bank wire transfer "because it will get to you quicker". "we are about to cut the check today, and send it fed ex, but if you allow us, a bank wire will reach you sooner".
Of course I said OK. Only to find that another "request" was put through and I have to wait 3-5 MORE business days for this NEW request.
All this for a lousy $2000?!?!
This place is a scam with morons for customer service agents...so BEWARE!!
